At Metal Mulisha, we stand by our gear, but if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor the status of your return.
Get Refunded
After our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
